El Locanda Boutique Hotel, Constanta

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel located just steps from the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a great selection. However, there were some issues with the kitchen not being fully equipped, and a slight lack of cleanliness in certain areas. Overall, a charming place with a fantastic location near the sea, but a few improvements could enhance the experience.
